extract the rar file to   C:WindowsResourcesThemes
then just double clik the Windows Vista Basic.msstyles file
Or change the theme from Desktop-> Properties-> Appearence.
Your theme will be changed to Windows Vista Basic.
Anytime you can switch back to windows XP  default blue  theme,
without affecting your pc performance.
