1.  Install  Alcohol120 trial 1.9.7.6221.exe . 
2.  Run  patch.exe  and in  Name  enter a name then press the  Browse  button  it will open a new
window hopefully in the alcohol dir if not go to C:Program FilesAlcohol SoftAlcohol 120 then chose 
Alcohol.exe  and click  Open .
3.  Then in the patch press the  Crack  button. Now its registered.
