NO DVD S NO CD S just the FULL VERSION original download which was 5.43GB zipped and 8.5GB unzipped.
I ve left it zipped to reduce the amount you have to download and at 5.43GB it can be easily burnt
to a DL DVD for backing up purposes.
Updates, yes but I m sure they will include something to deactivate this eventually. Read this

To install unzip Adobe CS4 Master Collection
Then follow the instructions included in the torrent. Select Custom Install to install only the apps
