Run trillian-v4.0a-current.exe to install Trillian and once it s done choose Launch at the end
page.
If you haven t set up an account yet click on New Account and select Log In Existing Account, enter
some bogus details in the Name and Password boxes  this information won t be used anyway . Then
choose Log In.
Enjoy the program 
Contact list editing should hopefully work now aswell  it does for me anyway  :

Build 101
Build 101 is now available with more bugfixes. 
A batch of skin-related bugs have been resolved in this build as we work to ensure 
that all skins/interfaces are fully compatible with all of the new features in Trillian Astra.
