1.  Make folder  hercules  or whatever...
2.  Copy the game into that folder
3.  Click on  Herc.exe 
4.  Extract the game into the same folder  BOTH TIMES 
5.  Click on  Must run first.reg 
6.  Start the game by clicking on  HERCULES.EXE
