The GTA IV working crack.Includes all updates 1.0.1.0, 1.0.2.0, 1.0.3.0 .
I have uploaded this because people weren t happy with their framerate, and by installing game
patches you need new crack files.So, you have now increased fps, just install those updates.
Copy 1911.dll, LaunchGTAIV.exe, xlive.dll into GTA IV directory.

PS. You must launch the game by using LaunchGTAIV.exe not GTAIV.exe    
    SAVEGAMES    
1  Ok, now you must find your savegame files:
-  for Windows Vista  DISK: > Users >  Your user  > AppData > Local - there you ll see folder 
Rockstar Games 
2  In this folder is GTAIV > savegemes > find your savegame files named  SGTA4..  and copy them all

3  Now paste them to the new GTA IV savegames location:
-  for Windows Vista   USERPROFILE  > Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames
-  for Windows XP   USERPROFILE  > My Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames
    ONLINE    
This crack disables GFWL and RGSC, so online won t work
